Hori Split Pad Pro Attachment Set Looks Great!

It looks like Hori has improved the already awesome Split Pad Pro by making a Split Pad Pro Attachment set allowing you to use it as an unattached controller on the Switch. I reviewed the Split Pad Pro a while back and loved it!  The only bad thing about the Attachment set which will be dropping in April appears that the Attachment only comes with a new controller at the tune of $79.99. No word from Hori if you'll be able to buy just the Attachment if you already own the controller...

Upcoming: HORIPAD + For Nintendo Switch Looks Slick (Wired Controller)

HORIPAD + Photos As a long time fan of Hori products, I tend to keep eye on any upcoming controllers they have coming out. This time,  the HORIPAD + for Nintendo Switch is available for pre-order on Amazon for $49.99 and ships out later in December. I'm tempted to pick one up to use for PC gaming in addition to Switch gaming.  "HORI HORIPAD + Wired Motion Aim Controller for FPS and more - Officially Licensed By Nintendo - Nintendo Switch"

Review: Hori Split Pad Pro

Review: Hori Switch Split Pad Pro (Volcanic Red)  SKU:NSW-300U I was a little on the fence paying $49.99 at my local GameStop for the Split Pad Pro from Hori but was not disappointed at all. Originally released in 2020 it has been around a while but can still be found on shelves. Overall Score-  90% A- The Good   💙Wide Ergonomic Grip Makes the Switch Feel Lighter  💙Larger Buttons & Larger Analog Sticks 💙Programmable Back Paddles 💙Accurate & Responsive D-pad The Bad   😢No Rumble  😢Slightly Less Battery Life All in all I was surprised how ergonomic this controller option is. It should be noted that this is a controller for Handheld Mode Only as it has no wireless capabilities.  If that and the lack of Rumble, gyroscopic aiming, motion controls or a NFC reader don't bother you,  this gem from Hori is an excellent option especially for shooters and high action games.
