Lately, there has been an explosion of independent games that can be played on retro consoles and emulators. GB Studio has really made it a lot easier to make a GB game too with limited programming knowledge required.  Download or Play In Browser Here: https://shin.itch.io/elden-ring-gb One I stumbled across is a demake of Elden Ring for the Nintendo Game Boy.  While not a complete Elden Ring, it gives you a pretty cool look at what ER would have been like on the classic Nintendo Game Boy.  I tested out on the Miyoo Mini and it runs fine on there. No music outside the title screen but it's still a fun download to check out. It would be awesome if this game gets competed one day.
